Robin Russell is the Owner Broker of Nancy Russell Property Management LLC. Celebrating her 32nd year in Property Management is a significant milestone. Robin has worked every aspect of Property Management over the years, starting at the front desk working for her Mother "Nancy Russell" to becoming a Realtor and full time Property Manager to achieving the Title of Broker, finally purchasing Nancy Russell Property Management when Nancy retired becoming Broker Owner. This experience has given her a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to our owners and tenants alike.
Robin has lived in Vista since 1972, Graduating for dare I say it Vista High School in 1979. She is a Rabid PADRES fan, Lucky #13 Manny Machado is her favorite player, She loves her little Chihuahua Roxy. BUT the LOVES of her life are her granddaughters 9 year old Revan & 5 year old Carmen.
Lawrence "PAUL" Zenns has been a part of Nancy Russell Property Management for over 20 years starting out by serving notices as a 18 year old and ending with becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent.Paul plans to get his Brokers license. Paul works with new owners, handles all our Computer program work, Statements, billing, Showing properties, walk throughs and input. A great plus in having Paul with us is that he can show property at a moments notice and that helps keep those vacancies filled! Paul is the proud Father of a Gorgeous daughter named Revan , a French bulldog named Rey and 4 naked Cats! He runs Karaoke at various venues, for weddings and parties .
Jessica Elwood has-been invaluable to Nancy Russell Property Management for 19 years with a little break for a short time in Virginia. Jessica is our Office Manager which means she runs the show! We could not survive without her. Jessica handles all emergencies maintenance, setting up showings, computer input, handling our Yardi Breeze program, setting up contracts, making sure everything runs smoothly!!! She is an invaluable part of this team! Jessica will have her Real Estate license by the end of this year! She is the proud Mother of a little girl named Carmen.and BIG Australian Cattle dog mix named Bandit and Carmen has a fish named Cookie! Jessica loves to camp, read and craft.

Nancy Russell is the founder of NRPM. After working property management for other companies she decided to do it her way and opened Nancy Russell Property Managment LLC & Real Estate Sales in 1997. She is the lifeblood of this business, her hard work, integrity and strength of character has made this business successful. She has over 40 years of property managment experience. In 2009 she decided to retire and passed the business on to her daughter Robin. Nancy is in office on Wednesdays to offer her wealth of experience. Because of her example we now have 3 generations of Real estate agents. Nancy has 2 dogs. She is enjoying retirement with her husband of 64 years.
